Newmar BE Series Panel and Instrument Back Enclosures


Installation of electrical panels into bulkheads often leaves the back wiring exposed in engine rooms, hanging lockers, and storage areas. this creates a potential for injury to someone touching the back of a live panel, and/or damage to the instrument from loose objects or exposure to the marine atmosphere.

These back enclosures offer an easy and professional solution. Vacuum formed out of black 0.170* ABS, the five sided enclosures are strong enough to withstand impact, but have rounded corners and enough flexibility to prevent injury to crew. *Except model BE 432, which is .090.

Designed for installation from the back side of the mounting surface, a molded-in flange permits versatile installation of mounting hardware. There is ample space in the enclosure for routing and containing wiring.

Cable entry ports can be drilled or cut in the side, allowing complete customization for various wiring access requirements. (See CCX or DX series, waterproof fittings.)
